Microsoft is extending the lifecycle support for its Axapta, Great Plains, Solomon, Navision and Microsoft CRM applications from three years to five years. The announcement was part of the kick-off keynote by Microsoft Business Solutions head honcho Doug Burgum at Microsoft's annual Convergence customer conference in San Diego on Monday.
