The next release of Microsoft (NSDQ:MSFT) Dynamics CRM will offer expanded mobile capabilities that will allow users to access the customer relationship management application from their iPad, iPhone, Android, BlackBerry and Windows Phone 7 devices, Microsoft said Monday.
